Shipping Methods
We utilize the USPS as our preferred shipping carrier to deliver packages within the US. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take up to 2 business days for your order to ship. This excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
All express packages are shipped the same day, if the order is placed before 12 pm eastern standard time. All orders places after 12 pm, will be shipped on the following business day.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your package is not deliverable, and is returned, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), minus the shipping fee. Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, there will be a $7.00 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the USPS has marked your package as delivered.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be received within 3 days from the date of purchase. item(s) must be in same condition as it was received. Please note the following:
All items are returned at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to clearly complete the return/exchange form, and include it inside the return package.
Please notify us before processing a return intended for exchange. Due to high demand there is no guarantee that your preferred item will be in stock.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so, may result in us not being able to process your return.
Any returned item(s) that do not meet our terms will be not be processed upon receipt.
The original shipping fees are non refundable, and do not apply to your store credit.

Earrings are final sale. If the earrings received have a defect, or are received damaged, they can be returned. A store credit will be issued for the same item(s), if available, or an item at equal or leaser value. The original shipping fees are non refundable, and do not apply to your store credit.
